These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the asha 77 platform and all services operated under it. Accessing the website, registering an account, or using any service constitutes your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the service.

The meanings of some important terms used in these Terms are given below:

• "Platform" — refers to the asha 77 website, mobile app and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" — the person who operates a registered account on the platform.
• "Account" — the personal user account created by registering on asha 77.
• "Services" — casino games, sports betting, bonus programmes and everything else asha 77 provides.
• "Funds" — money held in a user's account.

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

• Each person may operate only one account.

2.2 Account Security and Responsibility

The user is responsible for all activity carried out through their account. It is the user's duty to keep the devices and networks used to access the platform secure.

2.3 Account Suspension and Closure

asha 77 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Suspicion of any fraudulent activity.
• Breach of applicable laws or regulations.
• Detection of bonus abuse or collusion (coordinated activity across multiple accounts).

3.1 Deposit Terms

The accepted methods for depositing funds on asha 77 are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Transactions may only be made using a mobile wallet registered in the user's own name.

• Deposits will not be credited to the account until verified.
• Deposits from third-party wallets are strictly prohibited.
• Funds from illegal sources may not be deposited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum amount for a withdrawal request is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad or Rocket.

New users on asha 77 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Other Promotions

asha 77 offers the following regular promotions. The terms for each are stated separately below:

• Weekly asha 77 Reload Bonus: 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳10,000; wagering 20×; minimum deposit ৳300. This bonus can be claimed once per week on any deposit.
• asha 77 Cricket Festival Bonus: 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳8,000; wagering 18×; minimum deposit ৳300. Available once per day when depositing in the Sports section.
• Friday Slots Bonus: 40% deposit bonus, up to ৳6,000; wagering 15×; minimum deposit ৳300. Automatically applied every Friday when depositing in the Slots section.
• asha 77 Birthday Gift: reward up to ৳2,000; wagering 10×. Credited once per year to a verified account on the user's birthday.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• An account balance cannot go negative through the use of bonus funds.
• asha 77 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
• Placing opposing bets (hedging) within the same session to earn a bonus is prohibited.

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on asha 77 are operated through approved third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe). Game outcomes depend on Provably Fair or Random Number Generator (RNG) technology — neither asha 77 nor the user can control the results.

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, the round in question may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.
• Exploiting any software bug or glitch is prohibited.
• In any dispute over a game result, the provider's log records will be treated as final.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

For example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000 — ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback will be credited.

6.2 VIP Tier Change Rules

Tiers are upgraded based on regular activity and consistent participation. asha 77 reserves the right to change the criteria for determining VIP tiers at any time. VIP benefits may be suspended or cancelled in the event of prolonged inactivity or a breach of these Terms.

7.1 Data Collection and Processing

11.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, the privacy policy, and the terms of any specific promotions together form the entire agreement between the user and asha 77. Any oral or unwritten promises beyond these are not legally binding.

11.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remaining terms will continue to apply. The invalidity of one part does not void the terms as a whole.

11.3 Waiver and Reservation of Rights

If asha 77 does not enforce a particular term in a specific instance, this does not constitute a permanent waiver of that term. asha 77 reserves the right to enforce the same or similar terms in future situations.

11.4 Language

These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative. In case of any ambiguity or dispute, the Bengali text will prevail. Translations into other languages are for convenience only and are not legally binding.
